Privacy Policy

Privacy is the boundary around a private thought becoming COTHINK memory. This preview is explicit about what stays local, what may cross the server AI boundary, what is redacted into product signals, and what remains gated.

Browser storage / Local browser memory

COTHINK may store local chat/session state, language preference, pattern preference, policy acknowledgement, local account state, and draft thinking memory in localStorage or IndexedDB on your device.

Server AI boundary

When you send a pattern-chat message, the text and recent conversation context may be sent to the COTHINK API route and then to the configured AI provider to generate a reply. Do not enter secrets or regulated data.

Redacted product signals

Product readiness signals should describe metadata and progress, not private content: raw chat text, private artifact content, personal notes, and uploaded file text stay out of product analytics by default.

Gated services stay gated

Real user onboarding, billing, cloud collaboration, public posting, marketplace installation, and account integrations remain gated until explicitly launched and verified.
